Deliveries take place on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be processed the same day; later orders are processed the next business day.

We offer a 2-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Sale, custom, and promotional items are non-returnable. Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method; shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately with proof. Shipping is limited to Mozambique and South Africa.
