We occasionally offer shipping promotions where customers can enjoy free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions are subject to periodic changes.
MZIK currently ships to Mozambique and South Africa.
Delivery Schedule
• Deliveries and collections occur on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

• Maputo City
Fixed fee of 300 MT
Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be fulfilled the same day.
• Matola City
Fixed fee of 700 MT
Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be fulfilled the same day.
• Other Provinces
From 700 MT
Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Tracking provided via email.
South Africa
• Nationwide delivery via The Courier Guy
Delivery fee: Calculated at checkout or fixed (if you decide later)
Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.
International
We ship worldwide to selected countries including the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, and more.
Delivery fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight
Delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on destination

- MZIK is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, strikes, or transport disruptions.
- International shipments (including South Africa) may be subject to additional fees, duties, or customs charges — these are the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
- For most international orders, import duties may not apply depending on your country's de minimis threshold. However, MZIK cannot guarantee duty-free delivery and accepts no liability for any customs charges incurred upon arrival.
