At Mzik, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, meaning you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged due to failure to follow care instructions will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
How to Initiate a Return:

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us immediately at mzik.studios@gmail.com with photos and videos of the item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items) are non-returnable.

Items purchased on promotion, sale, clearance, or gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Contact mzik.studios@gmail.com with your order number and reasons for the exchange.

Once the exchange is approved (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp), follow the provided return instructions.

You will need to place a new order for the desired item once your return is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp if the refund is approved.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Important Notes on Refunds:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is not due to a product defect or our error, bank or transaction transfer fees will be deducted from the refund.

If washing instructions provided with the item were not followed, causing damage or shrinkage, the item is non-refundable.

For customers outside Mozambique or South Africa, orders will be automatically refunded as shipping is limited to these countries.
