Mozambique Delivery Schedule

Deliveries take place on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be processed the same day; later orders are processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via courier. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by local customs processing. All international orders include tracking. Import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Important Notes

Delays caused by customs, transport issues, or natural events are beyond our control. Any additional delivery or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 2-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Sale, custom, and promotional items are non-returnable. Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method; shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately with proof.

Returns are accepted for orders shipped to Mozambique, South Africa, and international destinations. International returns are the customer's responsibility to ship back and may take longer to process; return shipping costs are non-refundable.
